The rooms are equipped with exercise machines from the world’s leading manufacturers Life Fitness, Technogym, Free Motion, Hummer, which allow people with different levels of physical fitness to train.

Swimming is an ideal way to keep yourself in shape. «5 Element» is 5 different pools: 2 sports pools 25 meters long with different temperature regimes, a children’s pool, where the baby can swim both with a coach and with dad or mom, an open-air hydromassage pool (jacuzzi), which operates all year round, a pool on the summer playground with three bowls of different depths.
Swimming for adults, rehabilitation swimming and for pregnant women, water polo, aqua aerobics - all these options are available in our club. Professional coaches with extensive work experience will eliminate the fear of water and depth and teach swimming in all styles.
When should babies start swimming? Sports instructors and pediatricians agree: the earlier, the better. The water element is close to a child by nature, because even a newborn in a home bathtub filled with warm water feels confident and calm.

Working under martial law requires compliance with safety regulations. When an air raid warning is issued in Kyiv, an announcement is made over the loudspeakers. We recommend using the shelter provided in the club.
