    Функциональный тренинг - одна из самых эффективных тренировок, которые я когда-либо посещала. Не в каждом клубе ее найдешь. Много разнообразного инвентаря и упражнений - скучно на тренировке точно не будет) TRX - это просто бомба!) В общем, 5 элемент меня порадовал)
