The main distinctive feature of this Korean martial art is the active use of legs not only for strikes, but also for defense. - no age restrictions;

In taekwondo lessons for beginners, the main time is devoted to general physical training and learning the basics of this martial art;
- taking into account gender differences - we conduct taekwondo classes for girls and the stronger sex separately, but mixed groups can be chosen if desired;
- sparring is not necessary - if you want to try yourself in a fight with an equal opponent, you need to achieve a certain level of training. For those who do not want to participate in sparring, we offer classes in the poomsae (shadow boxing) technique.
Taekwondo training typically includes:
- warm-up with a set of exercises to warm up the muscles;
- stretching - without it it is impossible to achieve body flexibility and joint mobility;
- exercises to improve muscle tone;
- practicing different kicking techniques;
- a set of cardio exercises;
- a cool down, the purpose of which is to transfer the body to a calm state.
