Our UA Stars team has returned from the Ukrainian Championship in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics - and we simply cannot contain our pride!Behind each of your appearances on the carpet are hours of training, willpower, endurance and immense love for your work. And this is felt in every movement, in every look, in every smile.

Lent is now underway - a time of lightness, awareness and attentive attitude to yourself. And we made sure that during these days you will have a tasty, varied and easy to choose.Our menu has a separate page with lean dishes, where each item is thought out in detail: natural ingredients, bright combinations of flavors and beautiful servings.

On March 8, we held “Women’s Squash Time” and realized that such an atmosphere, energy, and drive simply cannot be a one-time event.So much strength, grace, and incredible female energy in one space – it was really cool!That’s why we decided to start a new tradition.From now on, “Women’s Squash Time” will be held every Saturday!

On March 1, our students worthily represented the club “5th Element” at the open tournament “Gold Wave” in the city of Brovary. Our swimmers showed confident swimming, character and excellent results at their distances.

On February 28, table tennis competitions with handicaps were also held.The handicap format is always about intrigue and maximum concentration.

On February 28, the last day of winter, the club held a closed squash competition among clients - and it was truly exciting!The goal of the tournament is to attract new players to the game, unite athletes and create even more opportunities for joint training and matches.

This weekend, our gymnasts worthily represented the team at the All-Ukrainian competitions in aesthetic group gymnastics "Winter Star".This start was special - for the first time the girls presented a new program, which included months of hard work, endurance and faith in the result.

Tennis is not just a workout.It is a movement that engages the whole body, keeps the brain in shape and, importantly, works for a long active life span.It is the combination of physical activity, thinking and social interaction that makes tennis or squash unique. They easily become regular - because you don't force yourself to train, you want to play.

Our aqua trainer, a person with incredible energy and strength of spirit - Olena Stolyarchuk - again took the main award at the All-Ukrainian Walrusing Festival. MorzhFest – 2026Olena once again proved: cold is about strength, awareness and love of life.

The Healthy Pleasures Club "5th Element" supports children from the Rodyna orphanage in the village of Sezenkiv, Baryshiv district, and therefore, several times a year, we invite the little ones to visit us.This time, 16 wonderful children and teenagers visited us - and together we created a real holiday fairy tale for them.

Today the club was filled with a special atmosphere - warmth, unity and peace. We gathered together, a large club family, to share an important moment - the ceremony of blessing the water.
