Volodymyr is one of the best coaches of the club, he is the mentor of our female champions, he is an active athlete and a person who does not stop at achievements, but constantly moves forward, setting new goals for himself.
Volodymyr’s path to success cannot be called easy. But his determination and thirst for victory helped him overcome all difficulties. Volodymyr focused on the maximum development of his physical form.
To date, Volodymyr Biruk has won all the main titles in amateur bodybuilding: the absolute champion of Kyiv, Ukraine, and Europe; 2-time vice-champion of the world, MSMK of Ukraine in bodybuilding and many other awards. The next step that appeared before the athlete is professional bodybuilding. After becoming the absolute champion of the Golden Cup Poland, Volodymyr received a PRO card and began competing in the IFBB PRO LEAGUE®.
“Unlike amateurs, where I collected all the titles in almost 1 year, professional tournaments are a task with an asterisk and require much more time and patience, a strategic approach. Therefore, I am actively progressing now, improving my form - gaining momentum to compete in the PRO league.
This season, he took part in the “New York Pro” - one of the most prestigious tournaments (after “Mr. Olympia”). The goal of the races was to record progress in form and, most importantly, to gain competitive experience in the USA! It is here that the top athletes and the strongest tournaments, the entire industry is the “heart” of bodybuilding. Became the 12th. As the statistics show, this is a good result for a debut at this particular tournament. Progressed, increasing the competitive weight by 10 kg from the extreme tournament. After the New York Pro, he received an invitation to another tournament - the Toronto Pro, where he took 8th place.”
