Nothing is Impossible

A motivational post about the fact that Nothing is Impossible.

Anastasia, a member of our club. Fragile, slender, with beautiful long hair, always on the simulator or with a dumbbell in her hands - this is how you can see her in the gym of the club.

On September 24, Nastya won gold and silver in the absolute category at the All-Ukrainian Open Bodybuilding Championship and the Miss and Mr. Ukraine tournament, and on September 30, she won the Ukrainian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship. And even 6 years ago, she did not even think of doing «iron», as Nastya herself says, sports.

Direct speech from the champion of Ukraine herself:

«Since I was a child, I led an active lifestyle: I ran, played football, did athletics. But she constantly faced obstacles - sometimes she broke her arm, sometimes she broke her leg. After breaking her ankle, she realized that she had «overgrown» and gained a decent amount of extra kilograms after recovery.

I decided to lose weight. I starved, followed a kefir, apple, buckwheat diet and, unfortunately, got zero results.

2017, summer, everyone goes to the beach, and I go to the gym. It was then that my friendship with exercise machines and dumbbells began. There I «caught a wave» of training and started preparing for competitions in the bikini category. The path was not easy, but she did not give up. A coach appeared whom I could trust. Training, regime, proper nutrition, self-sacrifice and the result did not make itself wait.

Since 2018, I have performed in the fitness bikini category. She won gold, silver, and bronze at the championship of Ukraine and international tournaments.

Today, I am the CHAMPION OF UKRAINE.

My competition is just beginning. To be continued. The world championship is planned. I’m moving on.

This is my story, and I sincerely hope that it helps someone to believe that we can do anything IF WE WANT TO.

Sport is what gives me strength.
