We never cease to be proud of such purposeful members of our club.

Meet Andriy. He has been with the «5 Element» club for about 10 years. Once he came to the club with a weight of 105 kg, and today he competes in triathlon!

Here is a direct speech from the athlete:

«10 years are years of effectiveness and efficiency with many coaches from different areas of the club. This has always been our common goal. But the most important thing, I believe, was and is - their motivation and influence on discipline in achieving my ambitious goals.

I managed to lose weight from 105 kg to the current 75.

I have become more patient and more restrained, especially in training and completing Ironman 140.6 triathlon distances. To date, I already have 6 of them and I am not going to stop. At the last competition, in Copenhagen, I finished with a personal best.
