a long dream of 20 years
Meet Lydia Turets, another of our winners. A woman who sets goals for herself and stubbornly goes to them. Her story proves that the rule of three INNs really works - Nothing is Impossible.
“My dream of competing in a fitness bikini tournament came true after 20 years. I periodically returned to it, but there were not all the conditions for its implementation. Something always distracted me: a lot of studying, a lot of work, children, family. Realization in the profession took all my time. And I, to be honest, wasn’t ready, and maybe all this time I didn’t believe in myself as much as I do now. Psychological maturity
I am realized as a mother, as a wife, as a teacher, as a professional in my profession. I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with more than 17 years of clinical practice. And so, I understood - it’s time to realize my dreams.
A few months after February 24, I wondered what I didn’t do with what I wanted?! The war raised many questions. Fate decreed that I met Katya Spyevakova, started training with Volodymyr Biruk, and my dream “knocked” into my consciousness again.
Katya inspires me, Volodymyr says that he will gladly prepare me, and the last word belongs to my husband Vladyslav:
- “Honey, go for your dream, I will help and support you in everything”
Voila. From January 2024, I started practicing and preparing for the tournament, which was supposed to be in May. Results: 3 medals! I am especially proud of the 2nd place in the open category, where the girls fought PRO CARD!
Dreams Come True! The main thing is self-belief, people around, will, discipline, responsibility and hard work. And the most important thing is to enjoy your journey!

I express special thanks to the restaurant - they prepared everything for me clearly according to grams, treated me with respect, understanding and responsibility.
