There are not many champions!

Meet Veronika, our club member and winner of the Ukrainian UBPF Championship.

Veronika has been continuously engaged in fitness for 17 years, because, as she says herself: she has always liked sculpted female figures.

From the very beginning, the girl approached training responsibly: a personal trainer - who supports, motivates, inspires and controls; proper sleep and, of course, necessary nutrition.

It was thanks to the coach that Veronika dared to participate in competitions. The naturally shy girl was always afraid of public speaking, but thanks to the support of the coach, she was able to overcome her own fears.

2 tournaments in the spring - and 2 second places, and last weekend at the championship of Ukraine UBPF - first place!

Club coach Valentyn Los not only trained and prescribed nutrition, but also personally supported Veronika at competitions this spring - for which she is infinitely grateful. The preparation was not easy, but the girl did not lend her willpower, diligence and love for her work. The potential of this fragile girl, the desire to achieve her goal and determination gave results.
