Jiu-Jitsu: for the brave and the strong
Jujutsu is a type of martial arts that the Japanese call jujutsu because there are no sibilant consonants in the Japanese language. The technique was developed by Japanese samurai back in feudal times. This is a martial art of fighting with bare hands, including against an armed opponent.
Jitsu, as a sport, is a system of techniques based on kicks, punches, painful, choking, throws, and wrestling in a prone position (or on the ground). It is a martial art ideal for self-defense.
The initial stage of mastering jujutsu involves studying basic techniques and methods that allow you to get out of a threatening situation. Gradually, the student masters the counterattack, as well as techniques for controlling the enemy’s behavior.
Having reached a high level of sports, “samurai” move on to combining techniques and power techniques in order to master both defense and attack to perfection. Representatives of some professions (for example, police officers) are required to learn jiu-jitsu techniques.
Training philosophy
The training philosophy is to use martial jiu-jitsu only for peaceful purposes, such as defending yourself from an attack by an attacker.
Meditation is considered obligatory - the representation of combat. Autogenic training allows the student not only to tune in to a positive outcome, but also to relax and concentrate on internal strengths.
The modern school of jiu-jitsu offers a variety of styles; accordingly, the teaching method depends on your choice. We invite you to the section where you will perfectly master Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or BJJ - the main form of martial arts based on the prone fighting technique.
The effectiveness of BJJ is justified by its main tactical principle: to deprive the opponent of his freedom of action, driving him into the so-called “soft pincers”, forcing him to surrender using a painful hold or suffocation.

Benefits of Brazilian or Sport Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is, first of all, a beautiful strength sport that is safe for trainees. The basic program does not contain hard throws and strikes, since they do not play a decisive role in defeating the enemy. This is traditional jiu-jitsu without fighting to kill.
Brazilian Jiu is ideal for beginners - a great opportunity to learn Jiu-Jitsu from scratch. The section can be attended by both men and women.
Unlike martial Japanese jiu-jitsu, BJJ does not require effort and the limit of physical capabilities - what is important for it, first of all, is diligence, diligence, and logic.
Jiu-jitsu classes provide harmonious physical and spiritual development, the formation of psychological skills, because in a fight, the task of winning is not so much a strength one, but an intellectual one.
