On November 16-17, 2024, the Ukrainian Swimming Championship in the "Masters" category was held in Zhytomyr. This event brought together more than 200 participants of different age groups from all over Ukraine. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, competitive spirit and new records: more than 20 Ukrainian records were updated during the championship!

On October 26, a team table tennis tournament was held in the "5 element" club, which was held under a new system. At first, opponents played in pairs, and then in one-on-one meetings, which allowed to attract more players and equalize them in terms of skill level. Until the last game, there was no undisputed favorite, which added intrigue to the competition.

We would like to proudly congratulate the charming Maria Yelkhina - the champion of the MiSo Golden Cup 2024 open tournament, held by the All-Ukrainian Federation of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Athletics UBPF in Kyiv, October 12-13.

This is not just a trainer, but a specialist who will help you better understand your body. It will take into account your fitness, goals, activity level, lifestyle and body composition to create the most effective plan.

From the age of six, he played with his brother and father, later he turned into a "thunderstorm" in the parks, where he beat all the grandfathers. During his student years, he even became the president of the chess club, and recently played in an online tournament against his sparring partner Garry Kasparov and... ended the game in a draw!
