There were plenty of those who wished. Someone increased the amount of personal training, someone increased the intensity, someone was confident, and someone tried themselves for the first time. The atmosphere in the pools was charged with energy, and the participants showed an incredible will to win!

Finally, we met with all the participants of the Olympic rowing, running and pressing competitions of the «5 element» club and handed out medals and gifts to the winners. Both men and women competed! Everyone tried to set their own record in one or another discipline, and the most ardent - to be among the winners.

Our athletes showed a high level of skill, indomitable spirit and thirst for victory. The matches were intense and bright, and the atmosphere on the courts was simply incredible!

Our little athletes showed incredible endurance, strength and team spirit. All participants went through the range of tasks several times, and all finished with a smile on their faces.

20 volunteers who challenged themselves and their consciousness joined the marathon. Three hours of non-stop yoga training! Three experienced trainers with different styles of yoga, asanas of different difficulty, with different approaches and skills.

The squash competition was held on August 3! All participants demonstrated excellent skill, endurance and sportsmanship. It was incredibly interesting to watch intense matches and a fair fight on the court.
