Before this, Nikolai trained to get in good shape, both as a man and as a fitness trainer. Among the arsenal of exercises there were also weightlifting ones, because they were familiar to him, and he also did not want to forget the nuances of the technique of these exercises

Aesthetic gymnastics is a competition where grace and skill combine, sport and art merge in choreography. Our stars, the girls’ team of the “5 element” club - “UA Stars” with their coach Olga Bogarad, took part in the all-Ukrainian aesthetic group gymnastics tournament “Winter Star” on February 16-18, which was held in the city of Bucha.
