This story is an example of how desire, strength of spirit and the right support can change a life.
Meet Victoria, a lawyer and entrepreneur. Her whole life was in sports - the gym, tourism, snowboarding - but because of work, there was a catastrophic lack of time for herself. As it turned out, it was possible to find this time. If only there was a desire. And also the right motivation.
She was inspired by her best friend, who already shines in the hall of the “5th Element” club and looks “a million dollars”. Together they returned to training. At first - group, a little independent work. The shape began to change, but the desire to achieve the body of her dreams only grew.
The attractiveness of bodybuilding - grace, beauty, relief - fascinated Victoria for a long time. And it was then that coach Volodymyr appeared, who changed everything. Under his sensitive guidance, regular training began, and after Victoria noticed incredible changes, she began preparing for competitions in the fitness model category.
Here is how Victoria herself says about the training:
“Volodymyr is a professional in his field. My nutrition and training were completely under his control 24/7.
When I first started this path, I had no idea how much he would change me - not only externally, but also internally. Discipline, motivation, self-belief - for this I am very grateful to the coach. Most importantly, he taught me how to eat right, because this is the most important tool for building a good shape. Shape is first and foremost made in the kitchen! Therefore, all stages of training were comfortable, without excessive stress, specially designed by Vladimir for me and my goals. But I had to “plow”. I will not say that everything was easy for me. This is daily work on myself, hard work.
I admire beautiful people who have time for themselves, work and family and successfully combine them.”
What did Victoria get? Not only a new body, but also a new self: disciplined, strong, confident. And — victorious!
