5 element squash cup 2026 - how it was!
On February 28, the last day of winter, the club held a closed squash competition among clients - and it was truly exciting!
The goal of the tournament is to attract new players to the game, unite athletes and create even more opportunities for joint training and matches.
The closed format is an ideal start for beginners. This is an opportunity to:
- feel the real spirit of the competition
- summarize the results of training
- analyze your game
- see your strengths and weaknesses
- adjust your training plan
Because there are completely different emotions when you are just training… and when you go to an official match.
Not only technique, tactics and physical form work here - psychology is included here.
