This document describes the privacy policy for the 5element.ua site (hereinafter - the Site) owned by MONITOR SPORTS AND HEALTH COMPLEX.

This document explains what types of information may be collected and stored on the Site, and how this information may be used and provided.

Terms

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY «MONITOR SPORTS AND HEALTH COMPLEX» (hereinafter - the Administration) is founded and operates on the basis of this Charter, the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine «On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations», «On limited liability and additional liability companies», «On foreign economic activity» and other legislation in force in Ukraine.

In its activities, the Company, guided by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as internal rules, regulations and other local acts of the Company, undertakes to protect the personal data of all persons who visited the 5element.ua site (hereinafter - the «Site»).

Collection and use of personal data

According to the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Personal Data», personal data is information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

The Site Administration processes and further stores only personal data provided by the User when registering on the Site, placing orders, purchasing goods, works, services, etc.

Personal data processed by the Administration includes contact data provided by Users when using the Services (surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, e-mail address, address, etc.); which is used to pay for goods and services on the Site. Information is obtained when the User uses the Services, including using the Site, mobile applications, etc. The data is transferred by the Users voluntarily in order to ensure the possibility of the Administration fulfilling its obligations.

Users’ personal data are used to ensure the exchange of information, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», «On Information», «On Advertising», «On Telecommunications», «On Entrepreneurship», «On Information Protection in information and telecommunication systems», ND TZI 2.5-010-03 «Requirements for protection of WEB-page information from unauthorized access».

The period of storage of Personal data of Users by the Administration is 3 years.

Cookies

Cookie files are small text files stored on the User’s devices when visiting the Site. Cookies can be used by the Site Administration to understand the purpose of your visit to the Site and to remember it if you visit the Site again.

Cookies that can be used by the Site Administration cannot harm the User’s devices.

None of these actions are linked to the visitor personally and are measured only in aggregate.

Importantly:

when the User visits the Site again, the cookie data is automatically updated;

in most cases, the web browser by default allows the automatic storage of cookies on your device;

Disabling cookies may result in restricted access to materials published on the Site and/or poor functioning of the Site’s services.

Terms of providing information

The site may contain links to other sites. Such links are provided solely for informational purposes, and the passage of such links is the sole discretion of the User. Placement by the Administration on the Site of links to another, external resource does not mean that we fully approve of the positions or ideas expressed there, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information posted there.

Automatic Collection and Use of Information

The following information is collected and stored automatically:

domain name, IP address, which you use to access the Site;

type of browser and operating system;

date and time of visiting the Site;

viewed pages;

if you went to the Site by a link from another site - the address of this site.

The Administration of the Site has the right to provide the personal data of the Site Users in its possession at the request of law enforcement agencies, according to a court order/decision or within the framework of other legal procedures, or at another legitimate request in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
