Over 100 young swimmers aged 3 to 16 went to the start to show what they had been preparing for so hard. Months of training, first victories over themselves, support from coaches and faith in themselves - and the result did not keep us waiting.

We will take care of a delicious and healthy menu so that you leave all the worries to us, and enjoy the holiday yourself, warm moments with loved ones and a real feeling of joy.

In our native Kyiv, grandiose competitions in the elite sport of swimming took place! The strongest swimmers of the capital competed for awards.On December 13, the "Sprint Day" took place, and on December 14, the "United Swim Cup". It was here that Ruslan Yermolaev, a member of the "5th Element" club, won:- gold awards at distances of 100 m and 400 m freestyle- silver at a distance of 50 m freestyle

On Sunday, December 14, the “Swimming League of Ukraine. St. Nicholas” competition was held in the city of Brovary. Our club was well represented by a large team of nine children.

On December 12 and 13, the final, 7th stage of the 5 element table tennis cup 2025 took place - a bright end to the game season!

On December 6, a Charity Table Tennis Tournament dedicated to the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was held throughout Ukraine.Our club also supported the idea of ​​the "Gurkit" Charity Foundation and the Kyiv City Table Tennis Federation to unite as a tennis community and help raise funds for transportation for the 47th Motorized Rifle Brigade and the SSO.

And let us immediately say: whose fate it will be impossible to stream and vibrate.

Two days of intense matches, drive and real sports excitement - and we got the winners of the Kyiv Cup 2025!Over 50 players fought for the title in 4 categories - the atmosphere was bright, emotional and as comfortable as possible.

For three days, from November 12 to 14, large-scale Health Days were held at the “5th Element” club, aimed at ensuring that each club member could take time for themselves, check their body condition and get useful recommendations from leading specialists.

On November 7–9 in Bucha, you once again proved that talent, hard work and a big heart create real miracles.At the Ukrainian Cup and the “Constellation of the Future” competitions, you took to the carpet as one team — beautiful, coordinated, inspired.

On November 1–2, 2025, the Ukrainian Swimming Championship in the “Masters” category was held in Kyiv, in which more than 200 athletes from all over the country competed.Our coach Serhiy Kukshin demonstrated true skill and strength of spirit, winning two distances at once in the 45–49 age group:50 m - backstroke, 100 m - freestyle

We organized turbo days for your health, beauty and self-esteem.Throughout these days, all club members can undergo initial diagnostics, receive individual recommendations from doctors, learn more about cosmetics, supplements, Ayurvedic products - and, of course, Imagine yourself even more beautiful.

Witches, skeletons, monsters, superheroes, wizards - it seems like we have opened a portal to a parallel universe.Costumes - at the level of Hollywood, emotions - are off the charts, and the mood - just space!

This was the 6th - penultimate tournament of 2025!All participants showed a high level of preparation, fight and sportsmanship. There were a lot of emotions, tension and beautiful draws - everyone gave it their all!
