Rehabilitation swimming is a special form of exercise in water aimed at restoring body functions after injuries, surgeries or physical limitations. It is performed in warm water (about 33°C), which helps to relax muscles, reduce pain and improve joint mobility. Under the guidance of a physiotherapist, exercises are adapted to the individual needs of the client, ensuring safe and effective recovery. This method is suitable for people with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological diseases and chronic pain.
