What is the reformer «Pilates Allegro»

Pilates Allegro reformer is a versatile studio fitness equipment designed to perform a set of exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles of the thighs, back and abs without building muscle mass. Outwardly, it resembles a low bed, since immobilized, seriously wounded fighters, for whom this system of exercises was originally developed, could only perform them while lying down.

The main design features of the Pilates Allegro reformer include:

● movable platform bottom sliding along the guides under the influence of the user’s body weight and the energy of the spring mechanism. You can perform the exercises while lying down, sitting, standing with your feet or knees on the platform;

● complex system of pulleys and belts that support the user on an unstable base;

● leg crossbar, the vertical orientation of which can be adjusted in 4 positions;

● the system provides progressive resistance - overcoming it, you create the necessary load on the muscles.

The Cadillac Pilates reformer is a variation of this simulator with fixed platform, high struts and horizontal form bars. This design allows you to perform hanging exercises that strengthen the respiratory muscles.

    Я перепробовала различные виды спорта. Но все они были больше похожи на пытку, пока я не открыла для себя пилатес на реформере. Это прям мое! Упражнения на реформере даются легко. И, как по мне, они гораздо эффективнее, если сравнивать с обычным пилатесом на коврике. У меня ушли жировые отложения из проблемных зон и даже прорисовывается пресс!
