And when the heat subsides and it's time for leisurely evening conversations, it's time to enjoy something more refined: a glass of Aperol Spritz, Hugo or Pina Colada.

After a workout, it is especially nice to allow yourself something really delicious. After all, a healthy lifestyle is not about strict restrictions, but about balance and the ability to enjoy the moment.This summer, our confectioners have prepared a special collection of desserts. Each one has a combination of light textures, bright flavors and seasonal ingredients that give a real summer mood.

Our gymnasts greeted the beginning of summer with brilliant results and proved once again: perseverance, talent and love for sports can create real miracles!

Summer has its own flavor. And our chef found it in each new dish of the seasonal menu.He worked on new gastronomic combinations with special attention to detail: he selected textures, balanced flavors, experimented with seasonal products and created dishes that you want to not just taste, but savor slowly, enjoying every bite.

In Kyiv, in the atmosphere of a real sports holiday, the Ukrainian Championship in group aesthetic gymnastics was held.

And my heart is filled with special pride when among the thousands of participants of the large-scale MHP Run4Victory Kyiv Marathon are members of the "5th Element" fitness club.On May 16-17, energy, support, excitement before the start and incredible emotions of the finish reigned again near the NSC "Olympic".It was not just Kyiv that ran through these streets - the strength of Ukrainians, our endurance and faith in the future ran.

The running season of NewRun Lviv 2026 is officially open in Lviv, which took place on the 3rd of May and set the mood for this season. Our club member Konstantin Ustinov took part in the race and showed a miraculous result.

On Sunday, April 26, our club was filled with a special atmosphere - beauty, excitement and sincere emotions. An open rhythmic gymnastics tournament "Spring Grace Cup" was heldOn the mat: talented gymnasts of the "5th Element" club and guests from the "Aelita", "Kvartal" and Baby Miss clubs. So different, but equally inspired and dedicated to their work.

There is something special about the first movements in the water… When tiny hands trustingly hold on to the coach, and the eyes are calm and bright. Swimming is not just a skill. It is about the feeling of security that is familiar to a child from the first days of life. Water gently supports, relaxes, helps to develop harmoniously: strengthens muscles, breathing, the nervous system… and gives the same peace that is so important at the beginning of life.

Spring is the perfect time to stop and ask yourself: how do I really feel?We are preparing a special event for you, where taking care of yourself becomes easy, accessible and enjoyable.

4 sets of awards were played at the competition. Passion raged on the courts for almost the whole day. There were both joys of victory and defeat.Someone felt the taste of victory, someone got a crazy competitive experience, someone simply spent an unforgettable time in the circle of like-minded people on the eve of Easter and proudly went to celebrate.

On April 2–5, the Ukrainian Swimming Championship in the Masters category (50 m pool) was held in the city of Dnipro - an event that brought together more than 280 participants from all over the country. An atmosphere of strength, endurance and true sportsmanship, where more than 20 Ukrainian records were updated.

Our children's holiday was truly bright, noisy and very warm. The space was filled with the energy of joy - the children's eyes shone with happiness, and the smiles did not disappear for a minute.

At the Ukrainian Table Tennis Championship, which began on April 2, the Kyiv team won first place in the team category among girlsWe congratulate our coach Leonid Boyko and his protégé - and at the same time his daughter - Sofia on this bright victory! This is the result of daily work, endurance and true dedication to the sport.
