Regular step aerobics exercises have a beneficial effect on the formation of a beautiful figure and health promotion. They are helping:

● quickly get rid of excess weight, because about 300-500 kcal is burned in one hour of training;

● reduce the volume of the hips and buttocks, improve their shape, which is especially important for women;

● improve joint health and increase bone density, which will prevent the development of bone disease with age;

● improve the functioning of the lungs and heart, since cardio training is the best prevention of cardiovascular diseases;

● avoid the development of arthritis and osteoporosis with a lack of physical activity in everyday life;

● increase endurance, develop a sense of balance and good coordination of movements.

At the same time, step training has a number of features. These include, first of all, the absence of the upper body muscles` intense load (to level this deficiency, strength exercises are included in classes) and the Achilles tendon`s overstrain.
