On June 15, the 5 ELEMENT SQUASH CUP 2024 open competitions were held on the squash courts of the "5 Element" club

The competition is always an exciting event for everyone: participants, family and friends, and of course, coaches. The holiday was filled with spring sunshine, love, smiles and talented performances. All gymnasts received diplomas, medals and gifts.

The story is about the record holder who is among us – the coach of the “5th Element” club, Nikolai Boborikin. The decision to participate in the competition was somewhat random and impulsive. Before this, Nikolai trained to get in good shape, both as a man and as a fitness trainer. Among the arsenal of exercises there were also weightlifting ones, because they were familiar to him, and he also did not want to forget the nuances of the technique of these exercises
